TRAINEE @ DWIDAYA TRAINING CENTER
Dwidaya training center merupakan suatu lembaga, sebagai bagian dari Talent Development (HRD) yang berkantor pusat di Jakarta; membuka kelas trainee baru dalam rangka program ke 4 nya: selama 45 hari (bagi lulusan non pariwisata) dan 22 hari (bagi lulusan pariwisata), yang berisi training product knowledge, dengan tujuan untuk mempersiapkan peserta menjadi seorang professional di bidang pariwisata, juga akan terlibat langsung dalam aktivitas bisnis perusahaan sehingga setelah lulus dari program 45 atau 22 hari dapat langsung ditempatkan menjadi tenaga kerja yang terampil di bidang pariwisata.
TRAINEE – Program Training (Kode : DWIDAYA – TRAINEE)
Kualifikasi:
-Pria/wanita, Maks 26 tahun, belum memiliki pengalaman kerja
-Sarjana S1 segala jurusan, min IPK 2.75
-Sudah menyelesaikan proses perkuliahan /pada tahap akhir perkuliahan (Skripsi atau TA)
-Sehat jasmani dan rohani, serta memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
-Memiliki minat dalam bidang Travelling (perjalanan wisata) dan service oriented (pelayanan jasa)
-Bersedia menjalani program pelatihan yang telah ditentukan dan PROGRAM ini BEBAS BIAYA (mendapat uang saku selama masa training)
-Setelah lulus dari program trainee, bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah operasional perusahaan di Indonesia
ACCOUNTING/TAX/AUDIT STAFF (Kode : DWIDAYA – ACCOUNTING/TAX/AUDIT STAFF)
-Male/Female, max 28 years old
-At least D3 Accountancy/Computerized Accounting
-Have basic accounting knowledge and skill
-Able to work in fast changed environment
-Have excellent concern for order and detail

MARKETING COMMUNICATION SUPERVISOR (Kode : DWIDAYA – MARKETING COMMUNICATION SUPERVISOR)
-Female, max 32 years old
-At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent (Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree would be an advantage)
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in marketing communication (Tourism working background would be an advantage)
-Having experiences in handling brand, event and promotion management
-Excellent communication skill

MARKETING COMMUNICATION STAFF (Kode : DWIDAYA – MARKETING COMMUNICATION STAFF)

-Min Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Engineering, Management
-Min 2-3 years experience in HR Training field
-Able to do Training Need Analysis
-Able to create syllabus and training module
HRD Staff (Kode : DWIDAYA – HRD Staff)
-Male/Female, max 27 years old
-Min Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
-Min 1-2 years experience in the same field
-Good communication and interpersonal skill
-Have good knowledge about HR field such as recruitment, training and industrial relation
-Willing to learn
-Able to work under pressure to meet certain deadlines
