Following are the job profiles we are looking for:
1.Senior Developer
Role/Responsibility:
•Understand our PHP API and help spec formal API that will eventually be published
•Quickly build visual prototypes to test concepts
•Will make substantive contributions to the development process beyond simply managing it.
•Will also be deeply involved in product strategy, feature prioritization and business strategy.
Required Skills:
•Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, jQuery.
•Programming Language: PHP5 or Rails
•Database: MySQL (Bonus for experience with MongaDB)
Prefer:
•Strong database, scaling experience, and familiarity with Amazon Web Services
•Agile development experience
•Start-up experience is highly desired.
•Any PHP Frameworks experience (Codeigniter, Laravel, Yii) is a plus
Compensation:
•5 -6 Million Rupiah (based on skill set) plus 5% profit sharing
2.UX Designer
Roles/Responsibility:
•Design, maintain and improve front end of Zakuna products
•Create beautiful creative assets, including but not limited to infographics, logos and other marketing materials
•Online portfolio demonstrating expertise
•1+ years of experience and knowledge of CSS, HTML5, Adobe Photoshop, Web Accessibility Standards, Twitter Bootstrap, and/or JavaScript
•Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
Prefer:
•Startup experience (preferred but not required)
• UI/UX experience (preferred but not required)
Compensation:
• 3 -4 Million Rupiah (based on skill set)
