Skills :
– Must have to have the following each certification
– The pass notification of results for agriculture skill assessment test & the certification of upper level 3(N3) of Japanese language proficiency test(JLPT)
– Certificate of work experience in the same field more than 3 years
Working hours : 07:00-17.00 (8 hours/day)
Salary Range : 200.000 JPY( up to)
Overtime: Midnight working (10PM to 5 AM) 25% addition
Salary increase : Once per year
Bonus : Twice a year (average payment: basic salary of 2 months/year)
Holiday :
-100 days /year
-Annual paid holidays(10 days in the first year, one day is added every year from second year. Up to 15 days per year)
Social insurance :
-Employess pension insurance, health insurance, employment insurance, industrial accident insurance
Specified working days:
-5 days/week
-23 days/month
Procedure for retirement for personal reason :
-notify your bisa 30 daya before leaving
Dismissal:
-Shall be given at least 30 days in advance or if paid for an unavoidable reason,or by paying an average wage of at least 30 days
