Job Description:
-Assigns, manages, and do the activities of professional and technical personnel involved in the design, development functions required to create new computer applications programs using applied SDLC or install and implement software purchased from outside vendors.
-Provide and applied IT coding guidelines convention as the involvement of development new computer applications programs.
-Manages developer team members development plan and execution.
-Manages bugfixing resulted from any kind test phase (QA, UAT, SIT, etc) of computer applications programs.
-Manage technical documentation related to development functions required to create or enhance computer applications programs and install and implement software purchased from outside vendors.

-Define plan of action with the listed of project or enhancement to the new or existing

-Perform programming according to what has been defined by the Systems Analyst

-Receive incoming phone calls to ext 5000 as backup operator helpdesk to provide
services to employees related to IT-related problems
-Monitor and respond to incoming ticket requests from the Helpdesk System (eConns)

eConns, email, telephone.
-Conduct a visit to the branch office to carry out maintenance if necessary
