Job Description:
Officer Development Program is a development program prepared by Adira Insurance for fresh graduate or less than one year experience candidate. In this program, participant will be given not only a comprehensive knowledge about Adira Insurance and the insurance industry itself, but also opportunity to practice the knowledge and skill they’ve gained in real work environment.
Qualifications:
-Minimum Diploma Degree
-Open to any major but marketing and communication major will be more preferable.
-Minimal GPA 3.00
-Max. 25 years old
-Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
